The centre benefits from a high-traffic location, with thousands of vehicle movements daily from multiple access points. Asian Kitchen Tingalpa specializes in authentic cuisine from Southeast Asia, including Thailand, China, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Project Design Brief
Transitioning from a previously non-restaurant tenancy, the owners of Asian Kitchen Tingalpa were required to install a grease trap in compliance with Queensland Urban Utilities regulations for trade waste. The installation presented significant challenges due to limited available space adjacent to the commercial kitchen and constrained external areas.
